Once full payment is received, delivery bookings are scheduled for delivery the following week (subject to availability) or unless a Priority Order Service applies. Although dates and timeframes are non-specific, customers will be notified the day prior to delivery and 1 hour before delivery. All stock is ex Melbourne. Collections are available via our Priority Service and subject to an appropriate vehicle - heavy vehicles accepted. The warehouse will not load loose tiles or pallets onto Utes or in vans. Clean spills as soon as possible. Remove large grit particles that may scratch the surface using a suitable static mop, broom or other depending on the surface finish of the terrazzo tile. Clean the floor with a PH Neutral Detergent using a steam mop fitted with a microfibre pad.

*Do not use products that contain acid or alkaline. These types of products will etch the surface.

Commercial: Daily Routine

Remove large grit particles that may scratch the surface using a suitable static mop, broom or other depending on the surface finish of the terrazzo tile. Clean the floor with a PH Neutral Detergent using an auto-scrubber fitted with a cleaning pad/brush suitable for the surface finish of the tiles. Clean edges and hard-to-reach places using a mini-scrubber fitted with a cleaning pad/brush suitable for the surface finish of the tiles. Clean any excess water using a wet vacuum or mop immediately to avoid dirty water pooling on the surface.

For honed surfaces buff the floor using a buffing machine fitted with a suitable buffing pad.

Our products comprise only of Up-Cycled Natural Stone (75%) and Cement (25%) and inorganic pigments which can be recycled or in most cases are repurposed as crushed rock to be used as fill in construction of new buildings and roads.
